Hello Brownhills, β Good News from Your Local Policing Team β This is what your neighbourhood Officers have been up to this week, Anti social behaviour patrols have been conducted at hotspots to prevent / Deter and also reassure members of the public. Officers have been to local businesses to speak to business owners and offer crime prevention tips. We are aware of ongoing concerns regarding the use of off road bikes being ridden illegally in the area. This behaviour causes significant disruption, noise and danger to members of the public. We are working closely with the council to install more CCTV and take appropriate action against those responsible. Patrols and monitoring will continue, we rely on the public to report all incidents this helps with the gathering of intelligence and checking locations for CCTV or deploy patrol vehicles. As a Street Watch member, you'll patrol your local area alongside one of your neighbours for at least two hours every month, at times which suit you. You'll talk to people you meet and encourage them to take an active interest in keeping your area safe. So your neighbours know what you're there for, you wear a high-visibility Street Watch jacket.
